Proven Rapid Recovery, DebonAir and Solo Air technologies come standard for this lightweight big hitter. Now with twice the rebound range, Monarch Plus allows you to take your riding to levels you never thought possible with a short and mid travel air shock. Please note, this shock does not work on the small or extra small size frames due to clearance issues. This shock is an incredible upgrade from the standard shock that comes on the Slash and is absolutely worth the cost! It will breathe new life into the bike! With a progressive feel, the shock has incredible small bump absorption but with the tune it gets very stiff near the end of the stoke making it feel bottomless.

(This is the 2016 model shock). RC3 shocks feature external rebound and 3-Position compression adjustment (Open, Pedal, Lock). Rapid Recovery allows the shock to recovery faster between consecutive bumps, letting the wheel track the ground with greater precision. Debonair air can adds air volume to both the positive and negative air chambers for a more supple shock in the beginning stroke and a more linear spring rate. Fast Black coating on the damper body provides improved durability and decreased friction.
